1731 Guatemala Gran Reserva

Aroma is very light with vanilla. First taste is again light, slightly sweet, but after few seconds appear very nice fruit (peach, apricote, plum, pineapple) on palate. Aftertaste could be a bit longer, but for 30Eur it is a good rum. 7.5 points

Meget fin rom som er ret frugtet, men den dør ret hurtigt ud.

Ok taste. Burns on the backend. Wouldn't recommend

A light fruity nose with hints of banana leads to a full flavored rum with a lomg finish that reminds me of apple cider.

Nez très alcoolisé, en bouche très bon avec une très belle finale!!!!

Received in a rum advent calendar. Lovely rum - very bright and fruity and easy to sip. Refreshing finish. Interesting character that doesn’t fit neatly into a “box” like other expressions I’m familiar with (Jamaica, Barbados, Navy Style, etc). Maybe not one for my regular rotation, but a exciting change now and again

Coulour is very light, nearly transparent. Aroma sweet with just a little bit of alcohol tones. In taste is lot of pineapple aroma and sweetness. Definitelly not bad rum for fans of exotic fruits.

Nose - dry, very slightly sweet. The smell of fruit.

The taste is dry with a slight natural sweetness. No added sugar. Aged at minimum of 4 years. I don't recognize any particular taste in it. Jamaican rums does much better at the same level.
