I like this rum to sip, but it is unbelievable in a cocktail. But that make a pretty expensive cocktail. Excellent rum.
There is probably no one thing this blend is best at, but it seems versatile enough to excel at almost anything. It's light, it's approachable, but it has enough flavor and punch for a drinking straight or simple mixing (I tried a daiquiri). Nothing revelatory if you've had some Fiji rums, but I guarantee that anyone who loves rum will find something to like here.
Tasty lighter sipper, 2 year old South Pacific Distilleries rum. Hay, chocolate + toffee + hazelnut. Hint of sweetness at open, but finishes with a nutty toffee and bit of coffee, dry but very smooth finish. Reminds me of the brittle my mom would make around the holidays growing up. A bit light in cocktails, but the nuttiness does shine through.

Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Vegetative and a bit of moonshiney after taste without sweetness. A bit of a backwoods distillery after taste. Could use a bit of sweetness. Too expensive of an adventure.
