Mount Gay Black Barrel

Pretty solid flavor profile. Nose: alcohol and oak. Taste: cinnamon, nutmeg, and bourbon cask. After: spice and alcohol. Not bad, but a lot of burn for moderate flavor.

a great rum to keep on hand for stellar mixed drinks. On it's own, it can be a little tight, but really shines in cocktails.

Chuť je příjemná ale ne moc výrazná. Přebije jí alkoholový dozvuk. Dá se.

Leicht süss, ein wenig Barrique und recht rauchig mit leicht alkoholischem Geschmack. Zumixen top, pur Geschmacksache. Preis-Leistung sehr empfehlenswert!

A good rum for sipping or mixing. Pretty well balanced and very enjoyable. I would happily buy this rum again.
