This has character, this has that serious overproof punch about it and with some ice or with a mixer its one that should always be around.
Strong rum a little goes a long way I canβt stress this enough you only put a little of this in your soda because the alcohol is so strong it overtakes whatever youβre mixing with too much a little will bring out the flavor and whatever youβre drinking such as Coke and when you mix this wonderful rum with Coke it has a very nice flavor of buttery taste a nutty cashew flavor. And plus when you only use a little you have a lot left over for it to last you a long time. You can make piΓ±a coladas rum and Coke ginger beer and rum the so-called dark and stormy with a kick. This is one of my favorites. However I canβt drink it straight. I gotta have a mixer.
Fire and grapefruit and signature Jamaican funk. Until Rum-Bar (Worthy Park Estate) and Rum Fire (Hampden Estate) came around with their excellent unaged pot still rums, this was the closest you could get to rum at its most elemental.
Still a must-try for anyone into rum, but no longer the most important product in the category.
Not for the faint hearted, will either kill you or make you stronger.
Only ever had it with a ting (and how that drink isn't call a tingwray is still shocking for me), but I really enjoy that combo.
Good kick and a Strong aroma of bananas that brings back memories of being on a beach in Montego. Only tolerable with a mixer. Not for me.
My first overproof. Smoother than I expected. Not bad at all.
Get notable citrus and vegetal/grassy aromas.
"Despite the funk and grassy aromas there is still a fair amount of sweetness on the nose. ."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Drank both neat and with ting. Neat it blows your socks of and certainly is not enjoyable. Mix it with the carbonated soda called ting and it's a good drink!
