Foursquare 2007 Sagacity 12-Year

Great rum from Foursquare Destillery.
Fruity, vanilla, oak and natural sweetness... Yum !

Distinctive 4 square flavor, easy to drink, great in a simple cocktail like a corn n oil. Will definitely get this again when the bottle is empty.

Hints of cherry, fruity and floral notes make this a unique rum. The ex- Madeira cask along with ex-bourbon cask adds a different level of complexity. Drier, fruity, but not too sweet. Definitely one of my new favorites!

Aroma is figs and caramel, hint of burnt sugar. Smooth caramel and wine taste, hint of brandy, slight alcohol burn, toffee, smoked fruit

A fruity and spicy smell, light sweet and woody, some vanilla. A light sweet taste, slightly oily, very nice. The finish is medium long, a soft alcoholic burn but still nice.

If you look up amazing in the dictionary this would be listed. One of my new favorites and price is reasonable.

First foursquare and really enjoyed this excellent malternativ. The Madeira casks worked out very well. Definitely longing for more!

As an fan of Foursquare rums the Sagacity is an excellent addition to my collection. Tasting this rum is incredible, full of fruit and a touch of sweetness.
