As most elixír rums, this one is sweet, but not Solera sweet. Though the sweetnes is the main domain of palette it's not offensive or agressive. Ideal candy, you can either use it as sweet end of bitter day, or for baking and various culinary purposes.

Very smooth and sweet rum. On the bottle it says "rum punch " but don't think it is a spiced rum, it is flavored by adding raisins to macerate for a number of days. I visited the distillery in Cuba, so i have a strong opinion on this rum, i love it.
