Recommendations for Foursquare ECS

I tried Foursquare's Detente and loved it.  I'm not a big fan of bourbon, which means a large portion of the ECSs will probably not be to my liking.  For those who have also tried Emperey and Sagacity, do you think they would be good options to try?  Or are they more bourbon forward?  Thanks for the help.

They’re all excellent. If you want to avoid less complex, more oaky expressions, look for those with different finishes such as Detente and Empery. There are many others but those two are my favorites.

I tasted Empery and Premise side-by-side and prefer Empery. Much stronger flavor profile. Premise was good, but everything was a bit subdued in comparison.

I don't know which part of the Foursquare profile tastes like Bourbon. But Empery has a strong sherry influence. It's the better one. Sagacity is diluted and the Madeira finish is not that strong to cover the typical profile. I would go for Empery in your case.
