Okay, i managed to locate a vendor and place an order, for that Doorly's 14 at last! It is going to arrive with Courier, over the next few days, right at my door. Without transportation fees and extra courier charging, its base price is ~93 euros. In sites like Master of Malt (which don't serve my area), it is near 70 euros. Could somebody give me the price tag for this product, in UK, USA and European Countries, please? Just for the record and the know-how, the transaction is already done.

@Pirate The Doorly's 12 year is good but not great. It lacks complexity but its a bargain and it's just as good as Appleton 12 year rare blend. Hopefully i can get Doorly's 14 year in the U.S. soon.

Will try to do my best. @RumGuy1 Sorry, i haven't tasted the 12yr yet, only sampled the XO some time ago and the 14 that i just acquired. @vomi1011 Absolutely! Nothing about it felt in any way off, or strange for rum standards! It is fully deserving of the awards and distinctions!

14y is 50% better in my opinion. I don't know which aromas you mean, but it's also recognizeable as a Foursquare rum. Therefore it should have this bourbon influence.

@Pirate How much better is Doorly's 14 year compared to the 12 year? Does it have a huge bourbon influence like most Foursquare products?

Pirate, You will maybe like the Clement XO produced today, but it’s a completely different blend than it’s in the old ones in the carafe. The old one is a blend of three of the best vintages ever produced by Clement.

@vomi1011 Thanks! Will certainly keep that in mind! One of the hot wishlisted items of mine, that Stefan Perrson also recommended to me before (Clement XO), is completely unavailable in my locale.

Still a great rum, also for 98€. If you want something, I can send the stuff for 14€-16€ with DHL (depending on the weight) to greece (insured up to 500€ and tracked). I can also offer some samples.

Pirate, My advice to you is to google the rum you’re interested in, or even easier just use wine-searcher.com to check the prices all over the world. That’s what I do, I have an excel sheet where I have the 5 best prices in EU for each rum that I’m interested in.

Thanks! Damn, that means i 've been fleeced. Never mind though, since my last trick with Appleton 21 (bought it for 87 while most vendors sold it at 136) was more than profitable enough, to cover for this fiasco. Sad as is, if i end up liking this rum a great deal, lacking a stable, reliable, sensible vendor, is going to mean i won't restock. Ah, but right after it, i am finally going for my beloved (chairman's reserve 1931)!
