Inside DDL

I'm a big fan of DDL and love their marks like PM, Enmore, MDXC. I found this article with pictures from inside the distillery and their old pot stills. I'm crazy about MDXC, I love the combination of molasses and honey. Enjoy the pictures and this great article.

@DFW.TX Part of it is dosed: Silver Seal Enmore 46% Ultimatum Rum Uitvlugt 58.3% Rum Nation Diamond 58% Origin R. Diamond 45% Bristol Classic Diamond 40% I like to have a good variety in my bar. I'm no always in the mood for "high octane" sometimes it has to be "syrup"

Great links guys. I have had fantastic bottles from all marks, some better then others, but one of the crown jewels for me is PM, with Velier Port Mourant 1997 standing out as one of the best, and definately most intense and tasty rum of all time.

Thanks for another great link ! Guyana rum, delicious, one of my favourite rum countries. Diamonds are for ever, Enmore really great, Versailles still, heaven on earth ! Mostly nice ones from independent bottlers.
