Appearance: gold
Aroma: a hot nose, with caramel
Flavor: pine and brown sugar, fading to a marshmallow finish. This is a rum for mixing, not sipping but I do think it is well made.
Tasted at the North Shore Lagoon tiki bar on 6/27/23. Pours light gold. Honeysuckle aroma with a bit of vanilla. Flavor is licorice, banana and woodiness. Mid palate mild pepper.

Not much going on, clean sugar flavor. Would pair well with stronger flavors
