The nose reveals young Jamaica banana component supported with pineapple and grapefruit, these marry the scent of molasses and demerara sugar from Guayana, the taste is spicy, youngish, all the rum components playing well together, sweet and bitter balanced. The aftertaste is spicy, with some alcohol burn and on the sweet side, altough I would not say the rum has added sugar. Not a neat sipper, but besides the burn there are no foul notes. Good with coke. Got this with a discounted bundle with 2 ports, cant wait to try the other one out. For the same or less money as Pussers blue, it is a decent blend.
