Rum který pravděpodobně budete buď milovat nebo nesnášet. Za mě perfektní funky Jamajka ze vším co k tomu patří za výbornou cenu i vzhledem k voltazi. Vyborny do drinků i samotné.

This is an excellent rum. Of the 21 rums I currently have in my liquor cabinet, this one is my favorite.

It’s hot at a 114 proof, and jam packed with Jamaican hogo, so sipping this isn’t for the faint of heart. It can be done, though for fans of its flavor profile. It’s high quality stuff, and doesn’t have an ethanol burn.

Where this rum really shines, though, is as a mixer. It levels up almost any tiki drink you throw it into. It’s character is noticeable even when blended with other rums. My favorite Mai Tai is made with this stuff. Throw in a little lime juice and simple and have a delicious estery grog. Even a S+C daiquiri is a top notch cocktail. This stuff is goooood for mixing.

Only thing stopping me from giving this a ten is that I’ve only been into rum for a year and just haven’t tried enough to be confident it’s perfect.

Smith and Cross is a Jamaican Rum.

This is an excellent rum. We can feel the Funk and the Dunder.
We can smell bananas, pineapples and very ripe exotic fruits. It's a real Jamaican rum!!!
I love it and highly recommend it. This is not a rum for beginners.

What an explosion of taste and smell. At first it tastes like a good single malt, but then you get the jet fuel and the burn. When your tastebuds finally recover you get spice, funk, ripe bananas and pineapple.

One kickass bottle of rum that will knock you down if you don't keep your guard up. The amount of alcohol in this drink makes it a though rum to sip neat. First the alcohol burn will hit you, a prickly sensation. Once you get past that there is a wonderful flavor to be found with a lots of overripe fruits notes.
For the more casual drinkers, still an awesome bottle of rum. Try it in cocktails or with a big chunk of ice where it will still pack a punch.

I used to drink a lot of Wray and Tings until I found this Rum. Tons of Funk of the overripe fruit variety, but with just enough bite to keep things interesting, even in a two ingredient cocktail.

Great explosion of flavors, definitely not for everyone but for those the will like to appreciate an unaltered Jamaican funk.

Strong tropical fruits aroma. A Little bit of this rum goes a long way spicing up my favorite rum cocktails like mai tai.
