Dark straw yellow in the glass.
In the nose deep and light at the same time. You smell flowers, the nectar is intermingled with caramel and flatters you. Freshly planed woods and even those already overgrown with moss are sprinkled with exotic spices like cardamom, nutmeg and cloves. Semi-fermented tropical fruits like smoked carambola, grilled pineapple, flambéed banana but also roasted cherries and cooked mirabelles swim in a still slightly warm homemade vanilla cream.
Fruity and powerful on the palate. You bite into the flowers, the nectar leaves the juicy pineapple, shriveled carambola, sizzled banana and continental stewed ahead, waiting for the woods. The caramel, on the other hand, spreads out and makes the fruits sticky so they stay on the tongue for a long time. Here come the woods, freshly beaten and also overgrown with moss, gliding smoothly over the vanilla cream together with the spices.
In the finish long and delicious . You swallow the flowers, the nectar is unfortunately already gone, but remain does the rest of the troupe. Fruits go before the caramel, then the vanilla. Spices and woods remain until the end of the spectacle.
A insane rhum that has a lot to offer. For explorers, experts and connoisseurs.
