This is a little better than Captain Morgan original but that's not saying much. Spiced rums are the IN thing these days and do the job if you want to get pissed. There is no quality here. It's not even technically Rum just cheap base spirits infused with spices and artificial flavours. Drink and enjoy if it's your thing. More of the good stuff for us who enjoy it.
the price and taste make it a good quality mixer. Goes great with coke.
The story of Sailor Jerry rum is truly special. Unfortunately, this rum, although spiced, does not live up to expectations.
Capt Morgan is my fave but sailor Jerry is a close 2nd. Strong flavor great price
There was a time when I thought this was good rum. For Spiced Rum, I guess it's OK but I don't drink it now. I would pick it over C. M.
It is not so strong and not actually so sweet. Of course there is some sugar but a bit of. Strong green apple in afterburn. Not a sipper but you can use it as. Good rum to drink with friends near the fire.. ))
Your best option if your sole goal is to get hammered and kinda sorta enjoy your drink. Not bad.
A perfectly average rum. It is reasonably priced and tastes decent.

The rum smells very sweet.
"It is initially very sweet on the tip of the tongue but it soon becomes very bitter."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
