First impression i got was that you could feel this has not aged for many years (8y) it is a bit sharp and alcoholic on the nose. However if you let it breath it starts open up. You can clearly taste it is a spanish style rum and I also find the Cuban rum to dominate most over Dominican Republic.
I sense some fresh fruit and vanille are the most dominated. A dry but smooth rum with 46abv for totally fair price.
