Aroma: Musty paper
Flavor: Bread and paper
Notes: This is a hot agricole that tastes a bit like you've bitten into a sourdough baguette without taking off the paper wrapper.

Tasted on 5-12-24 thanks to Admiral Bill. Pours clear. Now THIS is what I was expecting from the 80 proof version . This flavor matches the aroma. Big candy sweetness and a thick mouth. This is very easy to sip for an overproof. With a little water, citrus emerges. Very good rum.
