Quorhum 30-Year

A very good rum for the price you pay. Mauve the younger once are nice too but I don’t tray them yet.

Delicious and typical aged brown rum. Smooth and very full flavour.

One of my absolute favorites – and easily one the finest rums from the Oliver y Oliver company. Mild and sweet yet rich and complex. Definitely a re-buy!

Anfangs leicht scharf, dann leicht fruchtig (sowohl im Geschmack, als auch im Geruch) und vor allem süß. Auf der Zunge angenehm weich, im Abgang eine angenehme Schärfe wie ich sie bevorzuge. Zum Schluss kommen viele süße Nuancen zum Tragen und ein Hauch von Rauch. Meines Erachtens zu wenig Komplexität, preislich aber angemessen, es gibt jedoch auch günstigere die mehr können.

After the first sip, the rhum fits to its nose impression a nice "cloudly" impression on the tongue followed by that nice dryed wooden taste mixed with vanilla.
Note that the alcool taste is there but very well combined to the other tastes described above.

so I'm just going to say lovely again, but louder. This rum is LOVELY!!!
N- Starts off remarkably normal, but as it airs, it intensifies and moves toward only one thing: burnt sugar. Incredibly clean and vivid burnt sugar.
P- Oh my goodness gracious, it's so yummy! Imagine candied cinnamon-almonds, generously drizzled in caramel, sprinkled with vanilla and dusted with nutmeg. Hohohoohohoooo...
F- It just... stays. All of that incredible goodness hangs around and lets you continue to savor it for however long you want to wait before your next sip!
All the components of this rum are just splendid in their own right, but they are also all really big, which I LOVE! The aromas are strong and flavor is intense, with a long-lasting finish, really all just push this rum into a league of its own! It is just marvelous.
