Ron Millonario Reserva Especial 15 rum is created from molasses using a 1930's Scottish column still and aged in American and Slavonian oak casks up to 15 years using the solera blending method.
The Ron Millonario company was founded in 1950, and in 2004 was purchased by the Italian Fabio Rossi.

Nice rum from Peru but too sweet for me. Recommended.
Sweet rum with a strong treacle flavour leading, the nose is brilliant perhaps the best I have smelt. Packaging is interesting but awkward the handle is apt to catch on other bottles. Mixing with cola (Yes I did it) reduces this to parity with cheaper rums its really made to be sipped over ice . Recommended
Dufter kraftigt af vanilje og karamel
Smagen er dejlig blød, noter af karamel, appelsin, mørk chokolade. dejlig behagelig eftersmag med et strejf af fad.
Belle surprise par sa tonicité ! Les arômes sont nombreuses ( vanille, miel, ...) et je retrouve un côté un peu végétal.. à découvrir...
Solera rum which for me is above average.
Its quite sweet but still keeps rum character enough to be enjoyable.
Aroma provides earthen notes and brown sugar.
Taste is sweet and rich after nuts and exotic fruits and a bit of smoke with spicy finish.
Lekkere zachte rum. Fijn om 's avonds in de zetel te sippen van deze rum. Niet de allerbeste, maar glijdt toch heerlijk zacht uw keelgat binnen. Aanrader.

Dlouhodobě u me jeden z nejlepších rumu. Kdysi byl za lepší cenu (cca 800,- Kč), takže to byl výborný poměr cena/výkon. Dnes při lepším výběru na trhu lze najít i lepší runy. Sladší rum s plnou chuti - doporučuji.
