Millonario Reserva Especial 15

Very sweet but a good spiciness behind it that balances it out. A good rum, but can't keep up with its older brother Ron Millonario XO, which is richer in complexity and a longer aftertaste.

You not go past this bottle. Simply sweet and smooth. Rich toffee flavour, caramel,... excellent to enjoy in a bar after dinner.

Nose: fresh fruits, candied orange, hints of marzipan, sweetness all over it and a bit of alcoholic freshness
Taste: forest honey, liquorice, very sweet
Finish: Sweetness is all that stays
I like the quite complex fruity bouquet but on the palate the heavy sweetness buries it all.

A little sweeter on my taste, but partly balanced by not feeling another distinct flavour.

I know it's sweet but every time I have a sip it surprises me a little bit. It's more complex than I expect. I would choose this over Zacapa. They are both sugar bombs but this one still has some character that hasn't been lost in a giant corporations quality control process.

podľa mňa jeden z najlepších rumov minimálne v tej cenovej kategórii , pil som aj drahšie rumy a neboli také dobré ako Millonario 15YO !
