Abuelo Centuria

I tasted this after finishing the 12y old version (wich is one of my favorit rums) and it's even better. I tasted it at a rhumfest and after 20 top rated rums it finished in the top 3, but the price difference with the 12y 35€ vs 180€ just is to big for just a small jump in taste. Save yourself some bucks and get the 12y old.

Well, now it the best rum i have a drank. Fabulous finish, great colour in snifter and full body taste. It's a true old rum, very mineral, I waiting 1hour to spread the flavour in air. Somewhat is a little bit sweet but not over the top.

Such an elegant rum, one of the only rums that can give zacapa a run for its money. Was a bit hard to find but well worth it. Not too sweet it is perfectly balanced and just the right amount of strength.

When I saw what other people pay for this bottle, I downgraded my score. This is a fantastic rum but you shouldn't pay a kings ransom for it. What a shame. I am fortunate that I visit Panama on occasion.

Nice heavy bottle, ok gift box for the price, good color, nice aroma, and overall a luxury experience in a Rum. Well done and a must for your bar!

Went down well. Most agreeable. And quite quaffable.

EN af de første rom fra panama jeg har smagt, den ligger for mig i den dyre ende med en pris omkring 1000 kr.
De er lidt til den søde side, men har dejlige noter af frugt, røg og vanilje.

went to a friend's house for a bbq and was offered a shot of abuelo 12---wow --never heard of it before and now is my favorite rum ---great sweet smooth flavor --only problem is it is hard to find where i'm from--found it at a small local liquor warehouse and bought the last one this week-hope they re-order soon-
