Note 9.5
There’s a slightly sweet/sour tang.
"It is light and fairly sweet but it’s not an artificial forced sweetness. ."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Before you light into this being from Plantation - a French brand, resting and aging casks in continental Europe - please consider this: I am reviewing this objectively as a rum containing juice originating from Jamaica. I have no reason to believe this has been blended with foreign rum, nor do I think this takes away any legitimacy of a GI Jamaica deserves.
This has been the finest Plantation rum I’ve tasted, by far, and compares with the likes of Great House (Hampden) and Appleton 21. Bravo, Alexandre and co.
