Příjemná vůně, tvrdý alkohol. Myslím, že za tyhle peníze se dají koupit zajímavější kusy...

Too much oak, plus I dont like the aftertaste. Nothing to remember after the bottle is gone.

Mi piace molto questo rum, ben bilanciato, appena dolce, aromi ben presenti ma non invadenti. Profumo attraente anche se un po’ deciso. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Very good rum... easy to drink.... grows after 5-10 min. I the glas... should deffently be in my rum cabinet

Loud nose of sweet wood and leather.
The taste is powerful, concentrated. It looks like old perfect brandy.
The impression slightly spoils the appearing bitterness and the heaviness that pours from the abdomen along the body - so after the second snifter you want something else.
I think that this rum needs dilution.

no a ja som na tej strane ktory toto nemusia. nieje to urcite objektivne hodnotenie, ja objektivne rum ani neviem hodnotit, idem podla toho co mi ako chuti, ale toto urcite nieje moja sialka kavy :-). nakysle ako ked citi v konaku hrozno, vobec mi to nesedi. zial tato flaska bude u mna dlho zaberat miesto. zato jeho bartia s oznacenim XV, to je ina kava :-). davam 6/10 za kvalitu, neskriabe, zahreje akurat...ale mne proste nejde ta chut
EDIT: dal som tomuto rumu niekolko dalsich sanci a musim sa priznat ze si ma zacal ziskavat. zacina sa mi pacit ta udena chut sudu v kombinacii zo sladkostou. nie velmi tradicna kombinacia, al evelmi zaujimava. nachadzame k sebe cestu a toto zblizovanie je viac ako zaujimave :-) po prehodnoteni davam 8,3/10. mozno to casom pojde hore :-)

I'm a big fan of RA's rum and love the 7-year, especially for the price. So the 12 is just a tick better, more caramel, vanilla and a little sweeter. Good color and not too bad on the wallet.

Not a bad rum, but not that good either. I've tried it on the rocks, with cola, with ginger, with other cocktails, and I can't really find the best way to enjoy it.

Masser af smag, lækker og billig. Den er en must have.

Exactly what you'd expect if you've tried the 7, added depth to that dried fruits sweetness and a smoother finish. One of my favourite <£50 bottles.
