It’s a solid, well rounded rum. You can go wrong drinking this one neat, on the rocks or mixing it. This should be a staple rum in your liquor cabinet.
Very smooth, easy sipper. Just falls flat on flavor, just lacks character to me.
Tried alongside the 7 year and this was not my favourite. It is definitely smoother than its younger sibling, but lacks character. It also has a strange bitterness from the ageing that tastes a little like burnt caramel. Disappointing, but not awful.
Great aroma, taste, and minimal burn on the finish. For the price it’s one that I’ll be keeping on my shelf.
Siempre me ha encantado el olor a roble de esta casa, el añejo es un poco fuerte pero el sabor en este está más dulcificado por la solera tiene un montón de matices en boca y un sabor largo pero acaban saliendo los 40 grados de sabor a ron, para el precio que he pagado 29€ por un litro me parece que está muy bien, vamos para tomar el sorbo diario, deseando estoy por probar el abuelo centuria ya que los acabado en barricas de oporto u otras no me han encantado precisamente.

Good rum to sip. Smooth and complex taste. Nice sweetness. If I could, I would 8.5 points. Definitely recommendable!

Drank with ice, not that strong, lots of flavour, very good for after dinner
