Sweet vanilla and little caramel nose. Very gentle.
Sweeter start into rich vanilla sugar cane caramel cask rich body. Not very sweet but great richness in taste as sweetness is not taking over the whole body. Very gentle end with nice vanilla scents. Looong end...

Ambra medium, notes of chocolate and cocconut, Woody ,the taste is complex , a mix of fresh anche dry fruits

Okay rum with coconut flavoring, probably the best way to experience coconut rum, some ethanol notes as well. I am on the edge if the flavoring is artificial, nevertheless it is interesting to experience.

The best rum I have in my collection. It has a slight taste of coconut and a bit of vanilla! I totally recommend this one!!!

This rum is an excellent choice in it's price range ($49 in my location).It has a nice tropical nose to it with a taste of coconut, banana, and some other fruits.Probably one of the easiest drinking rums i've had.

Very good rum. It is close to 10 on my scale and only thing I missing in this rum is some more surprising flavor. As most of people around me knows and praise Zacapa Solera 23 I would say that this one is like Zacapa on steroids - much smoother, better flavor. Love it... I hide it at the back of my closet so it is not gone that fast (and it is guarded by my dog ;))

Love the looks of this bottle, it fits nicely in my cabinet.

First a bit of alcohol in the glass, but after a bit it opens and gets a more sweet and smooth scent, could definitely get some vanilla.

Smooth taste, sweet rum, I could sit with this the entire evening.

Il Plantation XO 20th Anniversary è un ottimo rum, dal sapore dolce e raffinato, per questo non dissimile dal Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva. Prodotto dell'affinazione di rum pregiati invecchiati 12 - 20 anni, tutti originari delle Barbados, viene poi lasciato invecchiare ulteriormente per un paio di anni in Francia, in botti che hanno contenuto cognac. Il risultato di tutto questo processo è uno dei rum migliori che si possano reperire nella sua fascia di prezzo, inoltre, il suo essere relativamente poco conosciuto contribuisce ad aumentarne il fascino.

Kdo by čekal rapidní šlehu po napití jak bývá u A.H. Riise, tak ho zklamu. Plantation XO je velmi dobrý rum. Sladké, kokosovo-vanilkové a zase si vzpomenu sladké. Žádný nástřel. Jemný, vyvážený, kokos, vanilka.

Nice all around rum. Sipper, cocktail, or cola. It works in all. Slightly sweet with vanilla and cask notes. Just a hint of afterburn but not enough to worry about.
