Oak watered down ,port oak cask

The weakness in my taste buds is port cask and this delivers ... Not on the scale of Fsq as it's quite basic but still a delightful drop to have in a collection

A little flat on the nose for me
on the palate - the 45% kicks in with strong fruity and spicy notes from the port cask
the spicy notes linger on the finish
okay as a sipper

A light fruity smell, some vanilla and port. The taste is also fruity, spicy and dry. The finish is slightly dry

Lovely caramel aroma with a hint of fruit, caramel banana taste, toffee, slight hint of biscoff, fruity caramel finish

Aroma is nice with fruity tones. First taste is nice, fruity and sweet. Aftertaste is shorten and bitter. Higher level of alcohol (46%) is helping.

Dostal jsem se ke vzorečku a naprosto parádní rum s krásnou vůní a příjemnou chutí.

Ve vůni i v chutí je krásně cítit portské, jemný, nasládlý, velká paráda 👏

Fruity body with strong port tones. Burn is well balanced with pleasant burn.

A 6.5 on my scale. Did not get as much of the Port flavor as I have from similarly aged rums. A bit of an afterburn when straight, but a nice oaky taste.

Been to Antigua several times and this the best rum I’ve tasted from this brand. Amazing sipper for only 5 years of aging. The port finish improves this rum by leaps and bounds.
