Drank this rum as a part of the green rum box. Tried it neat, like all of the rums from the box. I don't think it's meant to be drank neat. Would do perfectly well as a mixer though.
Beginner here. Sweet and easy on the throat. Blacked out to a measuring cup of the stuff -- woke up with no hangover. That's a win in any book.
I love this rum. Very good over ice and frozen cherries 🍒
this rum is very fresh and cirspy tasting. very good barbados rum
Not hard to be sippable when it tastes like candy.
Plantation Barbados 5 years
Duft: Sødme, peber-alkohol, frugt.
Smag: peber-alkohol, sødme, fad, frugt.
Point: 6 (en meget ung rum, men 5-10 år mere i tønden, ville
gøre den godt)
I have never tried any rums from Plantation before, but boy am I glad I gave it a go! This tastes like how I expect standard rum to taste. It has the hints of sweetness, but not overpowering. It's very smooth. Warms the belly. I could honestly drink this neat. My go to drink however is just plain old rum and diet coke, and I can say this, it performed fantastically in that category as well. I would recommend drinking it neat though. Something about how this rum is so smooth, yet let's you know you're drinking is good for me. I like my drinks to be a little strong, and this is great for that!
This tastes like someone added pineapple juice. Too fruity
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
