Beach Time Beach Nut

Nut, caramel, apricot. Lots of booze in the finish light golden pour. Booze burn is real here. Nut flavour is subtle.

I love coconut and was really looking forward to this one especially with the promise of the coconut being toasted. The flavor just ended up being really muted though and not at all what I was expecting or hoping for. Points for effort though in not just making an artificial overly sweet coconut rum.

Light honey color, small burn. Notes of toasted coconut, overshadowed by burn of rum. Somewhat more coconut on finish. Not very sweet.

When they say toasted coconut they mean it. Very different from standard coconut rum, strong infusion, lighter amber
