Reminds me a little bit Don papa 10Yo. Very dark, coffe taste, a little bit smokey. Recomend to everyone. I would give it 8,5 rating. Give this rum a chance, and you will love it. Beautiful scent.

Coffee and sherry barrel and caramel aroma; caramel, raisins, coffee and wooden barrel in body; warming tail.

Nice dark rum. Hints of smoke and bitter coffee. My father's a whiskey drinker and this is the kind of rum that he enjoys. Reminds me a bit of Havana Club 7 but with a bit more sweetness and different finish.

Starts of with a hint of a woody feel to it, then ends in a smoky taste.
Ok sipper if its neat

Not quite a sipping rum but great for cocktails and mixers.

Tasted at Laka Lono on National Rum Day 8/16/23. Aroma of fall leaves. Very nice brown sugar flavor. Pours a dark brown color. Slight citrus finish- very mild orange. Not bad at all.

Appearance: dark with ruby highlights
Aroma: molasses
Flavor: starts off very earthy, finishes with strong molasses and in between there's some interesting confusion.
I think I'd enjoy this by itself, but would also be a creative float. I'd advise against coconut as a partner.

Vraiment belle bouteille, rhum très foncé au visuel. Très corsé et longue finale. J adore ce rhum.
