There's something pudding-y and lemony on the nose. I'm not partial to the minty finish. It's not overpowering it's all very balanced, just not to my liking. It definitely tastes of Australia. The same way some Aussie gins transport you to the bush. When i first tried it I had thought the mint/menthol was was eucalyptus but its probs spearmint which is stated on the label. I think its the macadamia that you can taste in the body that is its strength and the vanilla puddingy-ness from the cask finish? Probs the only Brix product I'm not super excited by...
