From all HC Rums I've tried, this one ist the one I like less. For coctails, specially mojitos it is really fine, but even for a Cuba Libre it doesn't match my taste at all. I prefer much more HC Añejo Blanco or HC especial than the 3yo. Strong alcohol taste and not much more to offer. For less money the HC Añejo Blanco is much better than this in my opinion. For same or more money you'll find many many better rums.

Depending on what you're doing with it, you get a great mixing rum for a reasonable price.
When creating cocktails just have a look for where to use white and where to use dark rum. They never can be a substitute for each other.
The havanna club has an own special taste which we found to be great for some kind of fruit cocktails.

When I was 18 this was the benchmark for a gret cuba libre. After widening my horizon in spirits I cannot call it a good rum anymore what banned it from my shopping list. Nowadays I'm able to enjoy it again when out for a drink. However I cannot tell if I like it's special taste or the memorys behind that rum.

À mélanger avec ce que vous voulez, cola, mojito, en fait un bon rapport qualité prix ! Pas à boire seul.

Para ser un ron con poco tiempo de añejamiento, tiene un sabor muy peculiar, suave y rico.
