The James Gosling family business first produced Gosling Black Seal rum in 1806, and it is now the oldest surviving business on the island of Burmuda.
Gosling 'Black Seal' rum received it's name from the black wax originally used to seal the bottles. It is Bermuda's most widely exported product and considered the nation's national drink.

Haven't sampled straight up yrt... stuck on the stormy!
Excellent to make dark and stormy. Hard to get the good ginger beer here (US)
. Was my go to drink in Bermuda.
This rum is decent straight up smoother than I imagined, but nothing out of this world it does have some different types of flavor going in in it like some baking spices and brown sugar. It does mix well with their ginger beer, adds much flavor and no alcohol present at all.
Really nice rum with a sweet taste
Drinkable in a pinch but would not buy a bottle again
preferable to Havana 7yr old in almost all cocktails. Excellent mixer but wouldn't drink it neat
i really like goslings with coke, but must try these dark n stormys to see what the fuss is about.
Výrazný tmavý rum s hořkými tóny, dobrý do koktejlů, ale k popíjení mě nelákal.
Great for a dark n stormy, but not quite smooth enough to drink straight.
Great flavour, with a dark fruit (raisin maybe?) and molasses flavour. In the mouth it feels very thick when drank straight up.
A splash of ginger beer and Gosling's is one of my favourite rum cocktails.
'well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel'
"Goslings Black Seal rum review by The Ultimate Rum Guide"
The nose is very pungent. Heavy thick treacly molasses and sweet caramel.
"It’s initially sweet like liquorice, there is a little heat and spice in the mix and the finish is long and slightly bitter."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

de color chocolate oscuro, con sabor a roble, es un buen ron pero en un nivel medio alto
