Delicious, with complex notes of dried fruit and jam
Had a chance to sample this New Rove 2007 Single Cask, bottled at 50% ABV. This Agricole rum is very appealing on the nose (love it) and tastes pretty good as well. I am no expert on Agricole rums but this one I woukd definitely purchase were it available in my Canada. Would give this a 8.5 score.👍
Golden colour. A lot of sweetness on the nose and on the palate. I almost want to say honey sweetness. Very smooth all the way down. It is aged and I like it.
Suer fruité, avec du corps et un beau caractère. Un poil épicé, et légèrement sec. J'adore !
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Very dark mahogany color, this rum from New Grove is a selection for the French Brotherhood of Rum. Result of a competition, the selected winner was able to choose this New Grove Single Cask. The nose is on the solvent, the exotic fruits too ripe but also the citrus fruits and the brown sugar. On the palate, alcohol is well represented but very well integrated, it is well stocked. It's very gournand, on nuts. You have to give him plenty of time to express himself. Very nice final, hot, on the nuts. Nice selection
