This 3yo English Harbour seems to be really hard to find nowadays. I didn’t see it when I vacationed in Antigua, but my wife found it in Prague when she was there. She knows that I’m a big fan of English Harbour so therefore she bought me two bottles.
Tested it together with the 3yo white rum from English Harbour, and this one’s the better of the two.
Hard to say for me, but it’s not a great rum. But it’s possible to drink neat which I was unsure about before the tasting. There are similarities with the 5yo but it’s more raw. The price is almost the same as for the 5yo but it can’t compete with it.
So as a summary I would say it’s for English Harbour fans who want to have all different English Harbour rums in their collection.
