Really surprised of this Rum. I was drinking with a friend in a good bar en saw this Rum. No regrets that I picked this Rum. Great taste en very nice flavours!
For $100 (in Australia) I was expecting a little more complexity. Don't know if I'll be happy to commit to an entire bottle yet.
This is the first run i got. Tastes lovely! Great for beginners
This rum is deceptive in that its nose seems more like that of a dry rum but its flavor is on the sweeter end of the spectrum. I get a creme brulee from the flavor profile as well as the standard vanilla and caramel of a flavorful, well made rum. Overall an excellent choice for the price.
This was my first rum to pop my aged rum cherry. I must say, after drinking different scotches and bourbons, I finally have found my go-to "type" of sipping drink... rum! Love the smell and the taste of this one and has a really good long lasting aftertaste. Can't wait to try some other ones!
My first sipping rum, and immediately my favourite. Got it from a friend - a real rhum fanatic - appreciate sippers ever since.
Vers nice and smooth, sinde this is my first i dont have Much to compare it too
Loved this rum to begin with. By the time I'd bought my 4th bottle I'd learned more about non sugared rums and I realised how heavily sweetened this was. My rating dropped from a 10 to an 8.
Tastes great but it has 42g/l of added sugar.
Well I felt pretty guilty spending $70cad on this last night, but after a small sampling when I got home, how can you really put a price on happiness. I'm not a connoisseur by far, but this was very easy to sip and super smooth - I could definitely smell and taste the caramel, which really stuck around the pallet for a while. Very excellent!
"The palate evokes chocolate sauce and the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose"
"The nose is dominated by notes of caramel, toffee and crème. On the back end of the aromas, I can detect a hint of smoke and pineapple"

Smells sweet. It is fruity, oranges, grapes and raisins with scents of chocolate and a sweet almost syrupy.
"The tasting notes on the site are very accurate vanilla, fudge/toffee sauce are noticeable as are notes of vanilla and a finish which is slightly bitter like cocoa which leaves a hit of oakiness on the taste buds. The finish is pretty short. ."
