En meget sød rom som godt kan bruges lidt op til jul.
Der er noter af kanel, sherry, vanilje og karamel.
Den kan absolut godt drikkes med ikke en jeg for alt i verden vil have i barskabet.

It is more sweet cinnamon spicy liquer than rum, but I like it.
Maybe most of this cathegory. Not so expensive and easy drink.
Good tip for party, girls and mixing.

Not much to say here, it's a sweet base rum. I'd recommend using for cocktails.

6,8:On the nose, the profile of this rum is dark, like a strong coffee, but with a good spoonful of sugar. So far, the "spiced" side is not particularly noticeable, compared with the brand's other rums. The cinnamon lends a powdery edge and the whole is quite powerful. There are some ripe exotic fruits and a little wood. The spices are still shy for the moment. There's a little pepper, but the power soon gives way to sweetness. Vanilla prevails, along with the slightly cola-like character we know so well from AH Riise. Then caramel and banana toffee emphasize the mellowness.Aeration opens the door to other aromas. The caramel aspect is still there, but not alone. In no particular order, dried apricots, marzipan, candied fruit and prunes in brandy enter the scene. Cinnamon acts as a red thread, it's rather balanced and a rather elaborate spiced. The spices take on more and more depth, always led by the cinnamon. Dried orange peel adds a little variety, while cola and pepper hold their own.
7:The attack on the palate is very round, but quickly balanced by cocoa and molasses. A few fruit sweets follow in quick succession before the clove takes hold of the taste buds and takes over. Now it's time for the spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, the classic spices of mulled wine at the Christmas market, followed by a little herbal caramel tea to warm up.
6,8:The finish doesn't spoil the wintry ambience, with a blend of orange, vanilla, coffee and caramel, quite warm and persistent.

Good body, good aftertaste, a little sweet when sipped alone, but goes well together with a cake.

Aroma: Mocca, cinnamon, vanilla. A little oaky as well.
Taste: Tropical fruits, vanilla, heavy on spices.

Rather for mixing than sipping.

This is what drinking pirate rum looks like! The rum is not bad but the bottle is absolutely great!
