Maybe not the best one to get yourself introduced in the world of Rhum agricole: taste of wood way to pronounced, and a taste of pure alcohol with an aftertaste of 'cane sugar' (not kidding). Looking for better..
First time trying Clement..very sweet on the tongue..lots of fruit...but a very strong alcohol finish...a good rum..but a little expensive
I was looking forward to tasting a classic vieux agricole. I'm underwhelmed. It has that classic grassy finish, but aging does not seem to have mellowed it much. It will be relegated to the mixing shelf.
Couldn't drink this by itself but was pleasant when adding a mixer of your choice.
A really nice Rhum.In the nose fresh fruits, quince, apple, ..., who counts with?
On the palate, the 44% Vol. hits you fully
A wonderful aromatic carrier.
Ripe fruit with light vanilla pods are put into the mouth.
In the finish elegantly tingling, reminds me of Galvados.
I love those "light" Rhum Agricole in summertime
Bit awful to have with coke but this is a nice selection rum that would not be welcome on most shelfs...
Sweet and very inviting.
"Very bourbon like sweet/sour type note, with a lot of grassy but very fresh smelling notes."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Not worth it unless you get it for a 10 EUR. This one is age and bottle in France and not in Martinique.
The taste of alcohol over powers everything and you can feel it is unfinished. Quite industrial like taste to it
