Taste is mostly influenced by wooden character of casks with hints of vanilla.

A fantastic rum the best I’ve had yet with a smooth taste that is quick to distinguish itself from the rest of the shelf I’d highly recommend this to anyone.

Fin rom. Synes prisen er lidt meget i forhold til kvaliteten. Skulle den have haft 8/9 skulle den have været 100 kr billigere.

A sweet, and not too heavy flavour, with a nice smooth finish, tasty

A lovely story behind the name forgotten Casks. But an average rum at best and a bit pricey for such averageness. A rum that you can easily share with others. Basic taste that tends to a light oaky flavour. Taste not worth paying US $40 which is what I paid when I was in st Lucia. Not in the class of Jamican..Trinidad and Barbados rums

Rich, caramelly, smooth. Nothing outstanding (especially for a St. Lucia rum), but it is very tasty.
