Tento single cask z destilerie Montebello v Petit-Boury zrál 3 roky v americkém sudu po bourbonu.

Aroma: Na první přivonění zasmrádlý - poté se objevují tóny hutné travnatosti, svěžích bylinek, medu a špetky ovoce (jablka). Zasmrádlost se změnila na domácí pálenku.
Chuť: Med, travnatost, pálenka. Štiplavě pepřovitá.
Dozvuk: Pepř, bylinky a dřevo se stopou sušených meruněk. Delší.
Sladkost: 0/3
Ochutnán vzorek
Pohodový, mladý "zemědělec" za velmi dobrou cenu.

This rum, a Brut de Fut from the Carrere Distillery in Guadeloupe is tropical aged for 3 years and 10 months in ex-Bourbon barrels before bottled at cask strength. The nose is flowery and fresh with hints of grass, wood, sugarcane and citrus.
In mouth and at the palate it’s fruity, buttery, spicy and woody with flavors of honey, lemon, pepper and licorice.
During the long finish it’s dry with flavors of sugarcane, wood and licorice.
Overall a very well balanced Agricole that’s very fresh with great flavors remarkable for its young age.
