Very well balanced with tobacco and oaky note. Long aftertaste with fruits flavor and a little bit of vanilla. A good one. Plantation is definitely one of my favorite rum company.
At The Rum House in NYC. Nice rum list. Normally this would be too light for me. But Plantation does things right. This is the perfect light tropical rum. I mean it floats over the pallet. It has a light sea breeze nose. Smooth as a Hawaiian spring day A hint of tropical fruit and honey. Lingers on your tongue forever. Evaporates into a silky smooth gentle finish. Bravo! Don’t just mix this! It must be a premium mixer but is a great sipper too. Superb neat.
Came across this at a casino as their only high end rum offering and it does not disappoint. Smooth, sweet, no burn, caramel and vanilla. Very pleased
Nice sipper. Well balanced taste, nice color. Recommend
Brilliant in a rum old fashioned. Smooth and wistful, this rum is a great buy.
En dejlig krydret Rom, med masser af karakter, og en fin eftersmag der hænger ved.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Very light golden color almost no alcohol burn on the nose, light sweet initial taste opening up to a full burst of island fruit and spice flavors with a hint of vanilla. Very typical Plantation rum, better than some of the other offerings. Great for after dinner sipping but will not hold up to a strong full bodied cigar.
BTW picture on RR is from 2005 Guyana not Trinidad.
