This Agricole Blanc from the Carrere Distillery in Guadeloupe is distilled in January 2022 and bottled one year later after a year's rest in vats at 60% in 12000 bottles.
It’s named after the ZENGA rooster which is considered the leader of the barnyard in the West Indies.
The nose is vegetal, fruity, fresh and spicy with aromas of mint, olive and lime.
In mouth and at the palate it’s also vegetal, fruity and spicy together with some oiliness with tastes of lime, pepper, anise and nuts.
During medium long finish same tastes as at the palate recognizable.
Overall a great Agricole Blanc with typical Montebello aromas and tastes.
