Al naso è agrumato, floreale e burroso con un lato vegetale/erbaceo, di nocciole e di frutta fermentata(ananas sotto aceto) , molto buono.
Al palato è caldo e abbastanza secco con burro, nocciole, agrumi e pepe. Nel finale un po' d'aceto, sapidità e una lontana nota terrosa. Nel bicchiere vuoto qualche fermentato.Interessante questa varietà di canna.
