Light gold in color. I get very light orange and alcohol on the nose. Medium bodied, spices are there, the alcohol taste gets quickly on top and shows the young distill on the palate. Vanilla, orange and sweet fudge tastes are also there. I got to be a little disappointed, since Volbeat III was on top of my list, this really gets left behind. Worth the money? I would not say so.
