Ron Colon Salvadoreno Rumzcal

For your tequila/mezcal friends when they come over, truly unique its 33% mezcal mixed with 66% rum. Nose is smokey with slight burn, taste is hint of sweetness with smokey leather, makes me feel like a ranchero drinking this. Finish is warm in the chest, covers the entire tongue with a peppery agave note. Worth it for the collection

I truly like this Ron Colon in comparison to his other expression. You get on the nose the smokiness of the mezcal with the caramel of the rum. I still think is too alcohol forward.

Smoky and funky aroma, decent smokeness, char, light tropical fruit.
