Al naso cuoio, frutti rossi, note floreali, legno, zucchero tostato, prugne/datteri e alcuni maturati.
Al palato è floreale e fruttato(prugne premature), ha qualche nota balsamica e un sentore di gomma/caucciù e mandorla, poi qualche spezia(pepe e cardamomo) tostata sul finale, nel complesso è caldo e intenso. È la prima volta che sento l'aroma tipico Caroni in un agricolo, davvero interessante e particolare.
