Den smager faktisk rigtigt godt. Lidt skarp og tydelige noter fra whiskiyen.

It initially seemed like a whisky, it improved over time and is the only one that has maintained a good taste over time opening after opening

Complex, with smoky-spicy notes and a controversial Kahlua-like twist; unexpectedly harsh yet warming

Had a shot in the pub of this.
Had something distinctively demerera in there, but also had a somewhat sickly sweetness and an artificial kind of flavour that I put down to the casks.
Teeling tastes like Kahlua to me, and not in a good way. So this felt like Kahlua flavoured whiskey flavoured rum, which I geuss kinds of sums it up

Not what I expected at all! Aroma slightly fusty, quite harsh, reminded me of agricole, almost tequila notes. Taste is dry, boozy, very warming, alcohol burn if you hold it, warm aftertaste

Tento vzorek jsem dostal od svého rumového kamaráda Jirky jako slepou degustaci.
Psal jsem mu, že v tomto rumu cítím stopu Jamajky, ale jakmile mi napsal, že se jedná o Guyanu, hned jsem byl doma. Palírna Port Mourant. Vliv sudu po whisky je tam znát minimálně, řekl bych, že jej ještě více zjemňuje.
Celkově mi chutná, klidně jej mohu doporučit ke koupi, jen bohužel lahví asi nebude dostatek pro koupěchtivé, ale sehnat zatím jde v pohodě.
