My first spiced rum, very different.
Much paler in colour and more fragrant than my previous tasting. Good to taste the difference.
Not tried many like this, very clear, light colour and strong aromas. Really smooth and nicely spiced. Lovely little bottle too.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Thoughts: An interesting attempt for a Welsh rum but the tea flavours are more apparent and longer lasting than the spiciness which given its name should stand out more! The spices are complex in number and appear all at once so after the initial cardamom we had a hard job in identifying any more. Retailing for £40, even locally, this really is too much tea, too much indistinguishable spice and too much price for what it is.
