Hampden Estate 2022 8 Marks Collection <>H

Nose: The funk is building, but not at all overwhelming considering the ester level. Nice. The ethanol is there, but also a note of acetone is coming into play. Bright, fruit-dominant, with an artificial peanut butter note (similar to Nutter Butters!).

Taste: A light sweetness, fruity, and funky - but not as funky as you might suspect. Some bitterness, but not as much as HLCF. Peppery up front with that artificial peanut butter that moves out of the way quickly. There is some earthiness on the near finish along with a hint of bubblegum. Molasses on the distant finish. A lacquer note works its way into the sinuses! The senses are really starting to get woken up here. The intensity is evolving. Surprisingly (to me) well balanced.

Clear but maybe not crystal clear but might be because this is my 5th 8 mark to taste. 1st one to have burn on the nose, super smooth on the taste no burn at all then a sudden burnt toffee funk on the finish that is off-putting.

Aceton, velmi zrale sladke banany, cetrsva stava. Chut to kopiruje, plus telpe koreni. Sladka dlouha dochut. Jako jediny je po lehkem naredeni vody paradni a ukazuje dalsi chute. Mnam.
