2018 Harvest, Aged in red wine and Tawny barrels, bottled at 55.5%, batch #4. Don't need much of this to taste it, but you'd be an idiot to not buy the bottle. Jam packed with flavours, savoury, full bodied, probs to much for some!!! Competes with the Jamaican pot still stuff!!!
A nice aged rum. Strong taste of caramel. Can't wait for next effect.
A fine example of an aged dark rum, raisins caramel and maybe even licorice. I've only just received this and will add more as I sample this offering over the next few weeks. I'm glad we are starting to get a few new rum distillerys in Australia.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

A fabulous young rum. Right up there with my favourites. Nearly finished the first bottle and will buy again soon no doubt. Edit, bought a second bottle and it’s fantastic. The version which I bought (twice) is the red wine super cask. Delicious, rich and complex.
