Saint James 2008 Cask Strength Velier 70th Anniversary 9-Year

Kicsit durva rum, nekem nem nyerte el a tetszésemet, az ital lecsengése nem rossz.

Al naso si sente il sentore arrostito, di zucchero tostato, cioccolato fondente, tabacco, bosco e qualche agrume.
Al palato si fa subito riconoscere con note arrostite, di legno, tabacco e fieno, una leggera tostatura e una punta dolce di vaniglia e agrumi.
Nel finale rilascia anche un po' di note pepate e vegetali(radice). Davvero ottimo e un abv che dimostra 20 gradi in meno. Nel bicchiere vuoto permangono l'arrostito, il legno e la terra.

If you dont’t like dry rum or Agricole in general, then stay away from this one. If you are into dry rum and Agricole this, then this might be the rum you seek! It is the most dry rum I have ever tasted, but I don’t mind at all. It is full of flavors and complex.I think it taste older than it is (9 y ).
Nose is fruity, pear, Apple. Spicy taste with eucalyptus and pepper. High ABV 60.
