Coconut Rum Drink Mixes
A simple drink I enjoy making is 1oz cream of coconut 3oz of coconut rum put it in a shaker with ice and shake, then in a new glass strain it over ice. Crack open a Baja blast Mtn Dew and pour over top.

I like drinks in the summer on Saturdays after work, something different every summer. One time Dark'n'Stormy Original with Gosling's Rum, another time Ti'Punch with Agricole from French overseas departments or a fruit juice with a hearty Jamaican like Rum Fire or a lively Cuba Libre with Plantation O.F.T.D..
